I wish I could give Jasmine at Old Town Nails 10 stars! I get a dip manicure from Jasmine about once every 3 to 4 weeks. She is fantastic, has done some amazing ombre dip nails for me, and when she puts on a tip you literally cannot tell the tip from my own nails.
